Thanks for joining us this year! Each tree we repurpose extends the magic of the season, and we’re excited to have you. Now that you’ve officially signed up, we invite you to utilize the materials below.

Social Media Posts

Share some sparkle with your online followers with everything from our annual movie-inspired post to an event information template. Several graphics are ready for you to use, while others can be customized in Canva. (Some of our templates have several options within, based on if you’re hosting one event or multiple sites, or if you have a single drop-off day versus a range of dates. Simply choose the one you want, delete the others, and download it as a PNG once you’ve finalized it.) Don’t forget to save some time by downloading our caption suggestions!

A free Canva account is required to access the templates. Sign up at canva.com by entering your name, email, and a password, and access brief instructional videos.

Promotional Print Materials

We have a suite of newly designed items for you this year!

Printing tips: Each template above includes several options to choose from, based on the length of your event and how many locations you’re hosting. Once you’ve made your selection, customize it as necessary, delete the pages you’re not using, click ‘Share’, and download your files as ‘PDF Standard’ or ‘PDF Print’, with the RGB color profile chosen for the latter option as the best color match. When you print from your desktop, please choose ‘actual size’ under ‘Page Size and Handling’ in the pop-up menu. This will ensure the even proportions you see in the Canva preview.
