Share some sparkle with your online followers! We’ve got a lot of new templates for you this year, including NEW carousel (multi-image) options that allow you to share fun designs, local photos, AND customizable information about your event all in one post! Each preview below contains instructions for how to make it your own. Just click each button to open the template and view the image options within. We also have fun caption and timing suggestions for you.

For the third, choose ONE event page that best fits your needs, fill it out, and delete the others. Now you’re ready to download your three PNGs and share them together as one post.

  • This graphic is for a stand-alone, one-image post. Simply drag your own photo into the space provided, and swap out your location in the second line of bolded text. Then download it as a PNG. You can put additional details, like a sign-up link or other information, in your caption when you post this to platforms online.

If you don’t know your tree count yet, don’t worry! You can also adjust the text if needed. All you have to do is download the PNG and share.

Please note: a free Canva account is required to access our templates. We hope you’ll join us if you haven’t already! Sign up at canva.com by entering your name, email, and a password. Then access brief instructional videos. Still not there yet? Several of our posts are premade and ready to download immediately. Access them here along with a separate set of captions, and mix and match them with simple photo posts to promote your Chipper event.

Promotional Print Materials

We have a suite of newly designed items for you this year!

Printing tips: Each template above includes several options to choose from, based on the length of your event and how many locations you’re hosting. Once you’ve made your selection, customize it as necessary, delete the pages you’re not using, click ‘Share’, and download your files as ‘PDF Standard’ or ‘PDF Print’, with the RGB color profile chosen for the latter option as the best color match. When you print from your desktop, please choose ‘actual size’ under ‘Page Size and Handling’ in the pop-up menu. This will ensure the even proportions you see in the Canva preview.
